Working With Us

  • Simply call us or use our online form. We’ll schedule a $89 service call, which includes a professional assessment — and that fee is applied toward your repair or installation if you move forward.

  • For larger projects like remodels or new construction, yes. For troubleshooting and repairs, we charge the $89 service call to cover the technician’s visit.

  • Yes — we proudly partner with Wisetack to make larger plumbing projects more manageable. For jobs over $500, like water heater installs, whole-home filtration systems, or repipes, you can spread payments out into simple monthly installments. There are no hidden fees, approval takes just minutes during your estimate, and you’ll know your terms upfront before moving forward.

  • Absolutely. We regularly partner with builders, realtors, and property managers to keep projects on schedule.

  • Call our main number. If it’s outside business hours, you’ll be connected directly to our emergency service line.

  • Always. During business hours, our friendly office team will answer. After hours, our emergency line connects you with an on-call plumber.

  • Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed, and many products we install — like water heaters or well pumps — include manufacturer warranties as well.

Pricing & Invoicing

  • Our standard service call is $89. This covers travel, diagnosis, and a tailored quote. If you proceed with the repair, that fee is refunded toward your total.

  • We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and offer financing through Wisetack. Business clients may qualify for invoicing terms.

  • Yes! Our upcoming membership program will provide priority scheduling, discounted services, and regular system checks.
